Senior Backend Engineer

Our AI company builds scalable agentic systems — from healthcare to real estate, marketing, and insurance — powered by web, SMS, and voice AI agents.

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to help us build secure, distributed, and scalable backends.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build APIs, microservices, websockets, and webhooks.
• Implement secure authentication flows.
• Design scalable backend systems with async jobs and distributed queues.
• Handle database management, caching, and monitoring pipelines.

Requirements

• Strong backend expertise: ExpressJS, HonoJS, Django, Flask, or similar.
• Deep PostgreSQL experience; Redis for caching.
• Familiarity with data warehouses (Clickhouse, Datadog, Sentry, etc.).
• Skilled in Docker, AWS/Azure, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with distributed systems and background job handling.
• Plus: Experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST 800-53, or HIPAA-compliant systems.
